This Modification was raised by E.ON UK on 22nd July 2010. The Draft Final Modification Report (DFMR) was published on the 15th November 2010 and reviewed at the December 2010 Modification Panel. The Panel recommended implementation.
The Authority directed that the Modification be implemented (see decision letter below).
