The Modification was raised by IPL and QPL on the 5th September 2012.
The Modification was raised for discussion at the September 2012 Modification Panel, where the Panel agreed for the Modification to go to Consultation.
The Draft Final Modification Report was considered at the January 2013 Modification Panel, where the group recommended implementation.
Ofgem directed the implementation of this Modification Proposal – the decision document is available below.
An implementation date of 1st November 2013 has now been agreed.
