The Modification was raised by IPL and QPL on the 9th July 2012.
The Modification was raised as short notice business for discussion at the July 2012 Modification Panel, where the Panel agreed to direct the Modification Proposal to Development.
This Modification Proposal and the Development Group’s report were discussed at September’s Modification Panel where it was agreed that the Modification would proceed to Consultation.
The Draft Final Modification Report was considered at the January 2013 Modification Panel, where the group recommended implementation.
Ofgem directed the implementation of this Modification Proposal – the decision document is available below.
An implementation date of 1st November 2013 has now been agreed.
