This Modification was raised by SSE on 3rd February 2014 and was considered by the Modification Panel on 19th February 2014.
The Modification Panel agreed that the Modification should proceed straight to consultation.
The consultation period for the Draft Modification Report closed on 18th March 2014.
The Final Modification Report was published on 25th March 2014 and the Panel held on 16th April recommended implementation of the Modification.
The Panel proposed an Implementation Date of 1st October 2014.
The FMR was circulated to Ofgem for Authority Decision on 22nd April 2014.
The Authority Decision to implement the Modification was received on 23rd May 2014, with an Implementation Date of 1st October 2014.
