This Modification was raised by ScottishPower on 20th December 2013.
An amended version of the Modification was raised by Scottish Power on 9th January 2014.
The Modification Panel considered this Modification as Short Notice Business at the Modification Panel on 15th January 2014.
The Panel determined that this Modification was eligible for self-governance status, and should proceed to Consultation.
The DMR was circulated for consultation on 20th February 2014 closed on 13th March 2014.
The FMR was published on 24th March 2014. The Panel considered the Final Modification Report on 16th April 2014, and requested that a Workgroup should provide a report on an issue raised.
A Workgroup Report, revised FMR and revised Modification Proposal was considered by the Modification Panel on 18th June – the revised Self-Governance Determination Date.
The Panel on 18th June agreed that the Modification should be implemented with an Implementation Date of 1st October 2014.
