The Modification which proposes a change to the Ancillary document was raised by Independent Pipelines Limited on the 8th January 2013 and was considered at the Panel meeting on 16th January 2013.
The January Modification Panel agreed to send the Ancillary document out for Consultation, as part of the Ancillary Document Change Process. The Consultation period has now closed.
The February Modification Panel directed the implementation of this Modification.
This Modification was implemented on 28th June 2013.
