This Modification was raised by E.ON Energy on the 28th July 2011. Please note the INC change only applies to the GTC Pipelines Ltd.
At the December Modification Panel, the Modification was recommended for implementation. The Final Modification Report was sent to Ofgem on the 30th December 2011 for an Authority decision.
On the 6th February, the Authority directed that GPL046 be implemented. The Modification will be implemented in June 2012.
