The Modification was raised by ES Pipelines in June 2012.
The Modification was raised at the June 2012 Modification Panel where it was agreed the Proposal would proceed to Development.
Please note this Modification is being developed in tandem with UNC Modification 0430.
The last meeting of this work group took place on 15th May via teleconference.
This Draft Final Modification Report for this Modification was presented to the June Modification Panel.
The consultation period for Ancillary Document v0.71 (below) has now closed.
The Authority have reached a decision on this Modification Proposal, which is available below.
Subsequent changes to the Ancillary Document have now been drafted and were circulated for Consultation on 23rd December 2013.
Ancillary Document v1.5 was published on 21st February 2014 following Modification Panel agreement.
The Modification was originally scheduled to be implemented in the June 2014 release. However, the Modification Panel of 19th February 2014 unanimously agreed that the implementation would be delayed to an extraordinary release on 1st October 2014, to allow all parties sufficient time to install IX.
