This Modification was raised by ES Pipelines on 2nd March 2011. The Draft Final Modification Report was published on the 16th June 2011 and will be presented to the July Modification Panel.
The Authority directed on the 25th August 2011 that the Modification be implented. The Modification will be implemented in the November release of the IGT UNC.
