This Modification was raised by Scottish Power on 4th August 2010. Scottish Power raised a variant to IGT031 on the 2nd September 2010.
The Draft Final Modification Report (DFMR) was presented at the January Modification Panel where the Proposal was not recommended for implementation. The Final Modification Report (FMR) was published on the 26th January 2011 and has been submitted to Ofgem for decision.
The Authority rejected this Modification on 9th March 2011.
